Course: Certification for Horseback Riding Guides.

Course Objective:
This 2-day Course is for people who are already working in the guiding world, but lack an official Certification. However, people who want to get started in the guiding world are also welcome.
During these 2 days we will learn about horse, behaviour, equipment and turn people into professional riders.
We will also deal with the organization of activities on horses, Legal Regulations, Safety and – of course – Leadership.
Though the time is limited, we will also put especial emphasis on improving our own riding techniques, and give tips and suggestions on ‘how to horseback ride with groups safely’.

The course takes place in the Colchagua Valley, especificaly in Nilahue Alto – Lolol – a traditionally horse related life. Our Aventura Colchagua base – Grado Sur Expediciones – has all we need for the course. Horse and tackle and space to ride.

Course Description:

I. The course last 2 days. From May 16 & 17 2026. Ideally, students should arrive the day before to get ready. that is Friday May 15th.

This course is one of the few options for people to get a certification to work with horses and rides with inexperience people and the purpose the the following:

• Connect with the horse.
• Understand and interact with these beautiful animal.
• Learn and interpret unexpected behaviour of the horse.
• Avoid accidents by handling horses right.
• Improve safety in Tours on horses.
